Our Cleaning Process

At Green Valley Cleaners, we believe in environmentally conscious, high quality cleaning. We use a specialty synthetic hydrocarbon cleaning solution that is kinder to the environment, gentler on clothing, and less likely to cause adverse reactions than our competitor's systems.

Thanks to the solvent used in our Dry Cleaning and pressing process we are able to use high heat safely to clean and disinfect your orders without damaging delicate materials. The World Health Organization has updated it's table of Thermal Inactivation of Viruses, Bacteria, and Protozoa to show that the temperature that inactivates most germs is 158F, or 70C. The standard professional dryer and press use temperatures at or exceeding 158F for at least 30min. While the exact specifics of the epidemiology concerning COVID-19 have not been identified as of yet, we can operate under the assumption that the virus behaves similarly to other known virus strands.

If you have any questions or would like to sign up for delivery services, don't hesitate to give us a call or send us an e-mail!
